Note: We charge on a Time and Materials basis at a rate of $175/hour ($247.50-$330/hour for after hours emergency, holiday, and weekend service ). Materials, parts, and heavy machinery is additional. A minimum 1 hour site visit fee will be incurred for any estimate, investigation, diagnosis, or repair. If the site visit is for an estimate/quote and you approve us to do the work, the site visit fee can be credited to the quoted work. Site visits/Service calls are billed portal-to-portal, customer will be billed for travel time to and from the job site and to any supply locations required for the job. Customer will be billed for any on or off site phone support, preparation, or report time required for the job. If the job site is inaccessible, or work is declined or canceled once the plumber or HVAC technician has started en route, the customer will be billed the minimum site visit fee.
